Body Well Flex 8-Week Session
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes In-Person Body Boost and Ignite workouts as well as Fit4Mom On Demand weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.
Using clean eating recipes, daily check-ins and learning about your relationship with food you will develop habits that will carry you throughout your life. Food is live and NOTHING is off limits. We will work with you to be the best version of yourself.
